The Shed nightclub in Shawlands has been serving up unpretentious good times to Glasgow's Southsiders for over twenty years.   It's the biggest nightclub venue in the south of the city and its reputation for pouring well-priced drinks and playing shameless floor-fillers makes it a popular choice for students and other 'soo-siders' looking to let their hair down.
 
The renowned red sandstone building on Langside Avenue, with its instantly recognisable sign, appears to have been the host of many a love match over the years.  Where did you meet yours?  I love hearing these stories when people are looking at my prints in person.  I kid you not, if I had a penny for every person who told me they met their other half in The Shed, I'd be loaded!
