The Waterloo is a vibrant bar in Glasgow's City Centre where a good time is almost guaranteed. Having worked in a building across the street for a number of years, I can confirm it's not a pub that's shy of a party. It wasn't uncommon to hear the karaoke pumping out on a weekday afternoon!
